Attorney Profiles

Attorney Collins prosecutes cases in a wide range of injury lawrepresenting individuals in recovering compensation for injuries resulting from car accidents and for injuries occurring at the workplace.  As part of her injury law practice, Attorney Collins also advocates for clients filing for Social Security disability due to work ending medical conditions.

She also maintains a practice in real estate and probate administration/litigationincluding pursuing claims against Estates and debtors of the Estates and in disputes related to admission of wills to probate.  Jennifer also represents clients transferring guardianship of minor children and opening conservatorships of the elderly and handicapped.

Currently Attorney Collins also manages the firms constructions litigation mattersspecifically mechanic's lien filings and contests, delayed construction and recovering for defective and incomplete workmanship.  Ms. Collins is a member of the litigation, workers compensation and elder law Bar Association.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association, and the American and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
