Attorney Randall J. Breeckner has recently become of counsel to the firm after practicing in the area for thirty-seven
years. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut
School of Law in 1973. He has served as President of the New Milford Bar Association and continues to serve as a Fact
Finder, Arbitrator and Attorney Trial Referee for the Superior Court. He has had a long history as an assigned master
attorney in the Family Relations Masters Program, assisting the Court in mediating contested divorces. He is also an active
Justice of the Peace in his home town of Washington, Connecticut.
Attorney Breeckner's areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate, contract and business law, criminal
and motor vehicle defense, DUI defense, Juvenile Court delinquency and neglect representation, divorce and civil dispute
mediation, as well as probate representation.
