Before coming to GLO, I left my litigation and teaching career to help manage the small analytical equipment manufacturing company that my father had started in our basement. From there, I spent 15 years working as in-house counsel while also working my way through every level of operations including reception, administrative assistant, bookkeeping, controller, operations, and eventually CEO before selling the company to a private equity firm. My experience running our company inspired and required me to keep learning, including recently completing an M.B.A. and M.S. in Organizational Psychology with a focus on management interventions for micro and small businesses.
Small business is my passion. Whether evaluating leases, negotiating contracts, protecting confidential information, or growing by acquisition, I understand that being small doesn’t change your need to have good advice and solid practices in place. I look forward to working out individualized solutions that fit your size, your budget, and your people.
Fun fact: My family moved around quite a bit before settling in Connecticut in the late 1970’s. Since then, I’ve called Danbury my home and I currently live in the house I grew up in!
